Cringeworthy Advice About Imposter Syndrome

I got my weekly email from one of the better-known coaches in the world. I was completely shocked. In it he was talking about Imposter Syndrome (if you’re a business owner, consultant, expert, coach, or athlete, you know exactly what I’m talking about).

He had shot a video to share 3 pieces of advice that have helped him in the past, in the hopes that info will “kind of set you a little bit free,” (actual quote) but that you’re still just going to have to learn to live with it.

TENS OF THOUSANDS of people are on his list and he’s telling people some tips that might sorta kinda maybe help makes things a little bit better maybe.


Imposter Syndrome is NOT something you have to “deal with” the rest of your life.

It’s literally nothing more than a SYMPTOM of holding onto a common cluster of beliefs, the most obvious being “I’m not good enough”.

Drop the old programming. Watch Imposter Syndrome go away. For good.

It can be done.

It can be done in a few hours.

I’ve seen it. I’ve experienced it.

And it’s not too good to be true.

You don’t HAVE to struggle. (Struggle is not a badge that lets you spend more time with your kids or makes you extra money at the end of the year.)

Instead, address the root causes of your challenges vs. frantically trying everything to reduce your symptoms… and you’ll begin to make the shifts you’ve been looking for.
